To the extent permitted by law, Syl Reach Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from service usage. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with prior written notice, as stipulated in the contract. Upon termination, outstanding payments become due. We may also suspend services for breach of Terms.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers
We strive for high quality, but do not warrant error-free or uninterrupted service. You accept services “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to courts, unless otherwise required.
